Paul&Sally Brodie established Brodies Catering in December 1989 after having worked for many years in the catering trade, working in higher class hotels,such as, The Sharrow Bay Hotel at Lake Ullswater in Cumbria, Pool Court Restaurant, The Connaught in London.
